* To handle all inbound calls pertaining to Galileo reservation, product information and other inquiries.
* To exceed customers' expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
* To be able to provide information related to travel and tours to customers.
Requirements:
• Minimum Certificate /Diploma in Hospitality /Tourism /Hotel Management or
equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required
for this position.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
• With knowledge of computer (excel, words and e-mail)
• Required skill(s): Good Communication Skill, MS Office
• Applicants must have own transport
