• Develop new markets and establish new business network
• Organize and arrange tour programme.
• Prepare Travel Packages
• Update and compile Hotel Promotion & Tour Packages
• Coordinate tour bookings from agents and ground arrangement.
• Handling customer's request and enquiries on travel related matter.
• Perform daily inbound operation, check and reply enquiries from agent.
• Prepare tour bookings such as hotel, restaurant, airline, and sightseeing arrangement
• Limo / Coach Arrangements.
• Airport transfer.
• Visa handling.
• Travel insurance.
• Airfare quotations.
• Handle corporate & walk in customer
• Pleasant & friendly personality
• Able to interact with all levels of customers

Requirements:
• Minimum Certificate /Diploma in Hospitality /Tourism /Hotel Management or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
• With knowledge of computer (excel, words and e-mail)
• Required skill(s): Good Communication Skill, MS Office
